BOROWSKI Glass Manufacture was founded in Poland in 1990 by Stanislaw Borowski, an internationally acclaimed glass artist. Born in 1944 in France, Stanislaw Borowski gained his reputation for creating unique glass objects applying almost forgotten techniques such as engraving on cameo glass, using self-made tools and introducing new art concepts. His extraordinary engravings and sculptures soon received international acclaim being exhibited in Germany, the USA, the Netherlands and Japan.
Since 1993, BOROWSKI Glass Manufacture has been very successfully managed by Stanislaw’s three sons - Wiktor, Pawel and Stani Jan. Their workshop in Poland facilitates using almost all known techniques of cold and warm glass processing, which is unique in the world and allows to realize demanding visions and try new experimental ideas. Today many of the masterpieces created by Stanislaw, Pawel and the youngest of the three brothers, Stani Jan Borowski, can be seen in renowned galleries, collections and museums such as the Corning Museum of Glass in New York, certainly the most important Glass Museum in the world. The colorful and vivid Borowski collections can be found worldwide in selected exclusive shops and in Borowski’s own galleries.
